2022 - CT Transit, Hamden, CT. - Fire Protection & Pump Building. - $1.4M - Installed Premanufactured Fire Pump Concrete Building with Fire Pump, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and site work. Also, Existing building Sprinkler update to accommodate Electric Busses. ARCHITECT: Wendel Architecture, PC.
2021/22 - Beardsley Zoo – Andean Bear Exhibit, Bridgeport, CT. – $2M - Construct a new Bear Exhibit/Habitat that can house up to 5 bears. New 2,400sf building includes a maternity ward with heated floors and a complete HVAC system. Exterior yards have patron viewing areas which oversee waterfall/pool, timber play/climbing structures and caves. A must-see exhibit.
2021 – Blue and Berries Seafood Market and Bakery, Fairfield, CT. –$400K - Renovation of a 3,000sf retail space into a Market and Bakery. New commercial kitchen and bakery with a small retail space.
